Terri is an expert listing agent as well as a strong buyers agent helping people relocate to the Long Beach area, buy their first home, or upsize or downsize. Prior to joining Sharon Amarantos Real Estate Group, Terri began working in Real Estate 10 years ago, and spent some time working in commercial real estate acquisitions. This knowledge, coupled with her experience as a small-business owner provides her with valuable skills that she uses daily in transaction coordination, educating homebuyers and sellers, and effectively marketing the Team’s listings. As a Long Beach native, and a seasoned real estate professional, Terri recognizes and values the trust her clients place in her and she strives every day to exceed their expectations.
